Motion is not automatically momentum. A team can be busy and still be moving in circles. Momentum requires direction, alignment and repeated action toward a meaningful objective.
Leaders create momentum by making the mission clear, removing avoidable confusion, celebrating responsible progress and refusing to confuse noise with results. It’s a Kingdom Movement—and movement becomes meaningful when people know why they are moving and who the work is meant to serve.
