Movement can feel productive even when it is taking you in the wrong direction. That is why momentum needs purpose.
Panic accelerates activity but often reduces judgment. It can make leaders overreact, communicate poorly, abandon priorities and confuse urgency with importance.
Purpose creates a different kind of motion. It clarifies what matters, identifies the next action, preserves standards and allows speed only where speed actually serves the mission.
Strong leaders do not need to move slowly all the time. They need to know why they are moving. Clarity makes decisive action stronger because energy is aimed rather than scattered.
Before the next decision, ask three questions: What are we trying to accomplish? What principle must we protect? What is the next responsible action? Those questions can convert motion into direction.
Momentum Minute: do not let panic choose your pace. Move with purpose.
